Yan Jian Granite & Stone Sdn Bhd (Yan Jian) is a company based in Malaysia that was incorporated on September 26th, 2008. It was founded by Datuk Teh Sin Guan and Datin Neo Chiew Yueh, initially operating as Yan Jian Granite Sdn Bhd. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Yan Jian is known as one of Malaysia's largest importers and distributors of high-quality natural granite and stone products.
The mission of Yan Jian is to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in assisting clients. The company places great emphasis on understanding and recognizing the needs of its clients in order to deliver premium products and services. They offer a wide variety of granite, marbles, and different dimensions of granite and stone products.

Founder & Director
DATUK TEH SIN GUAN
Founder & Director
Datuk Teh Sin Guan is a young businessman who was born in Malacca, Malaysia. His ancestral home is in Guangdong, Huizhou, Lufeng, China. He is the eldest in his family and has two younger brothers and a younger sister.
Datuk Teh Sin Guan has been involved in the trading of granite and tombstones for many years. He learned about granite, tombstone, and engraving techniques from his father, Mr. Teh Boon Thiam, starting from his childhood. In 2004, he and his wife moved to Semenyih, Selangor to expand their business and settled there. It was in Semenyih that he founded Yan Jian Granite Sdn Bhd and assumed the role of founder and managing director.
In addition to his business ventures, Datuk Teh Sin Guan is actively involved in various organizations and community services. He serves on the board of SJK(C) Sin Min Semenyih, Selangor, which is a Chinese primary school. He is also a committee member of the Jabatan Kerja Kemajuan Sekolah Rendah Cina Hulu Langat, an organization that promotes the development of Chinese primary schools in Hulu Langat.
Furthermore, Datuk Teh Sin Guan is associated with the Malacca Kwang Tung Huay Kwan, a cultural association based in Malacca, and he holds a position on its board. Additionally, he is a member of the Malacca-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which focuses on promoting business and economic development in the region.
Through his involvement in various organizations and his business endeavors, Datuk Teh Sin Guan plays an active role in both his local community and the business community.
Datin Neo Chiew Yueh, was born in Malacca. She is the 3rd in her family, with a elder brother and sister and a younger brother. She is the wife to Datuk Teh Sin Guan. They had four children in total which are three sons and a daughter. She was also Datuk Teh Sin Guan right-hand women in business.
Under the leadership of Datuk Teh and Datin Neo, Yan Jian Granite & Stone Sdn Bhd provides products and services that exceed customer satisfaction and expectations in line with the concept of innovation, trustworthiness, sincerity, and intelligence. Due to their leadership and the core values developed inside the company, Yan Jian has developed from a small company of five people to today large-scale company and business operations are spread all over Malaysia.
Datuk Teh and Datin Neo are socially active person. Apart from running the stone business, they are also keen on community works and from time to time they will gives a helping hand to charities, educational institutions, and temple groups.

2010
Hi-Tech One Industrial Park
On year 2010, Yan Jian invests approximately RM 4mil to expand its second production plant in Hi-Tech One Industrial Park in Semenyih. The new 45,000 sq ft facility is expected to create about 150 employment opportunities to support the ecosystem with its ever-growing demands. The Company is expected to generate positive income from the investment of new plant also due to the new plant was able to support the ever-growing demands of the products with the new high technology machinery invested in place to speed the production.
2013
Jakarta, Indonesia Memorial Park
Yan Jian has bagged its first ever supply contract from oversea company to supply granite tombstone. The company accepted the letter of awards from Jakarta, Indonesia Memorial Park. The overall completion for the contract is within 12 months and expected to ship approximately 30 unit 20ft container in total.
2019
Thailand Memorial Park
One January 2019, Yan Jian awarded second oversea contract to supply granite tombstone to Thailand Memorial Park. On year 2019, the company also achieved 200 local & oversea employees in total.
2022
Datuk Teh Sin Guan
On 27th August 2022, Datuk Teh Sin Guan was conferred the title of (D.P.S.M) Datuk in conjunction with the 73rd birthday of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Malacca Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam.
